The Township Times is a Community Newspaper which serves the suburban areas of Saginaw County and the Great Lakes Bay Region. It is a paid subscription newspaper with a full editorial staff providing in-depth coverage of government, schools, sports, social and religious news of interest to the specific area of coverage.

The tabloid offset produced publication is published weekly on Wednesday and mailed to subscribers. Delivery is made on Thursday by second class mail. Copies are also available in many stores.

A variety of special interest sections are offered yearly and are both popular and extremely well read. Topics range from Brides to Politics, with local community events and interest a determining factor in the planning of our Special Sections.

In addition to our own publication, we are a member of S.I.N.G., the Saginaw Independent Newspaper Group, which is a joint venture offering 55,000 circulation in five separate publications. The publications are a combination of paid and free circulation newspapers as well as two shopping guides.

The Times also has a sister publication, The Saginaw Valley Shopper, which is based in Breckenridge and is published weekly as well. Its circulation area includes Hemlock, Merrill, Breckenridge, St. Louis and parts of Brant, St. Charles, Alma and Ithaca. Ads can be placed in both publications at special combo rates.
